• One time $150 Onboarding Fee required to start service.

• Service fee includes 4 weeks of service. On week 5, re-enrollment is required.

• Client must agree to a 4-month minimum commitment of service.

• Responsibilities and compensation can be re-negotiated at end of Month 4.
